Maria’s Transformational Gut Healing Journey

Maria Canales, founder of Champs Fight Club and USA Boxing Coach, is a force to be reckoned with. She coaches me in boxing and I have come to love the body, mind and spirit approach that she has to this traditionally physical-focused exercise.

Little did I know that Maria was battling with an internal struggle, her gut health. Ever since she was a teenager, she experienced terrible constipation and gut pain. Since Maria had experienced this for so long, she had resigned herself to the notion that this was never going to get better, that this was what she would have to live with for the rest of her life.

Cut to just a few weeks after starting to work with me, and Maria’s gut health has had a massive improvement. No more constipation, no more gut pain. Her bloating is significantly reduced and her energy and mood have improved considerably too!

That is why I wanted to share this episode with you.

If you think that your digestive irregularities are just something you’re going to have to live with forever, please know that there are plenty of things that can help you to improve your gut health. Starting today.

In this episode of the Nourish with Renata podcast, Maria shares her fave gut healing techniques that she learned from working with me and how this has rapidly improved her gut health.
