How Food helped my Son’s Autism with Meghan Robb

It is Autism Awareness Month and today we are shining a light on the incredible impact that food can have on Autism with a special guest on the podcast!

Meghan Robb is a mom on a mission! She not only has been through a massive health transformation herself, she is also using the power of food to help her son’s autism.

When Meghan explained the effect of various foods on her son’s autism, I knew I had to share this wisdom with you!

In the U.S., there are about 1 in 36 children that have been diagnosed with Autism. The average age of a child being diagnosed is approximately 5 years of age, and early intervention can be extremely helpful for children too.

There is a growing awareness around the effect that food can have on Autistic symptoms. As Meghan found out, there were definitely certain foods that either triggered the symptoms in her son, or lessened them.

That’s why this episode is so eye opening! The power of food is immense and once you know what to look out for, I am sure that you will be able to take this information and implement it in your own home, or share it with someone else that may really need this information too.

You can connect with Meghan on IG here.
