Orange Almond Shortbread Cookies (Gluten Free, Keto)

Healthy Cookies for Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving desserts are one of my favorite things to eat, but all that refined sugar, flour and animal fats don't necessarily help me to reach my wellness goals. So, I came up with a healthy cookie recipe to give me that feeling of a special sweet treat, but with healthier ingredients.

Here are my Orange Almond Shortbread Cookies!

Orange Almond Shortbread Cookies

Low Carb, High Flavor

These Orange Almond Shortbread Cookies are fantastic for anyone looking to reduce their carbohydrate intake. For each cookie, they are only 51 calories and 3 g carbs.

The cookies are also sweetened with stevia or monkfruit sweetener. So that means it is great for people who are watching their sugar intake too.

I also love that these cookies only need 4 ingredients and one bowl. That is always a sign of a quick and easy cookie recipe!
