3 Healthy Meals Your Kids Will Love!

How to Help Your Kids Eat Healthy

Cooking meals your kids will love can be challenging! Some of your kids’ favorites may be less healthy than you’d like, but they taste really good. On the flip side, many healthy foods can be a bit bland but have so many nutritional benefits. There are so many ways to make healthy foods that actually taste good so your kids will enjoy eating healthy foods everyday.

Here are 3 meal ideas that taste amazing, are easy to make and are some of my kids favorites too!

Healthy Meals Your Kids Will Love: 3 Top Options

1. Thai Meatball Lettuce Wraps

You don’t need to settle for the same old food all the time to give your kids something healthy. Sometimes, it’s worth spicing things up a bit with foods from other countries. What better to try than Thai food, especially when it comes to these meatball lettuce wraps?

Bursting with flavor from the various spices, they’ll be sure to be loved by everyone you serve them to. With a bit of sweet chilli sauce, you’ll take this to the next level, and you’ll have something everyone will be craving more of.

I also have an awesome Lettuce Wrap recipe in my #1 New Release cookbook, Nourish Your Body: A 30 Day Healthy and Delicious Meal Plan.

2. Healthy Mini Pizzas

Pizzas can be much healthier than you might have thought. All you need to do is use a few healthy ingredients or alternatives, and know how to make mini pizzas the right way. A little bit of time and effort is all you’ll need for this.

Pizza is one of those universally loved recipes and can be a great vehicle for introducing new, healthier ingredients to kids. It will still feel like a yummy treat, and your kids could end up looking forward to them again and again. Quick and easy to make, you’ll have a healthy go-to dish everyone loves.

You can even transform mini pizzas into a DIY Lunchable using this recipe.

3. Quinoa Fried Rice

Carbs can be separated into refined and unrefined categories, and you’ll naturally want your kids to minimize the refined variety. That often affects taste, however, because carbs are delicious for many people. One of the more notable low-carb meals you and your kids could end up loving is this quinoa fried rice.

It’s also packed full of vegetables, which should be a staple on everyone’s diet. If any of your kids struggle to eat their veggies, this can be a great way to get them enjoying it. Whether you’re making a nice lunch or a delicious dinner, it’s sure to go down a treat.
