Bored of the same ol' breakfast?

Do you need some new breakfast ideas? My friend, Heather, asked me if I had some ideas for make ahead breakfasts that didn't include eggs. She was getting bored of having the same thing for breakfast every day and needed some help. I was more than happy to help her out!

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. I love starting my morning with a delicious and healthy meal to kick the day off right. For me, it is so important to have a good source of protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. This combination helps me to stay fuller for longer as well as nourish my body so that I have lots of energy to chase after the kids and work on my business.

5 Easy Make Ahead Breakfasts

If you're like Heather and need some new breakfast ideas, I've got you covered! Here are my 5 Easy Make Ahead Breakfasts.

I love smoothies for quick breakfasts. This smoothie pairs the tropical flavor of pineapple with a sweet, vanilla protein powder. And, don't worry, you won't even taste the kale. You make prep the smoothie ingredients in resealable bags to make the smoothie-making process even faster.

3. Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
