Sugar-Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Celebrating Fall Flavors

Fall flavors are in full effect and that means it’s Pumpkin Spice coffee time!

I love the cozy and comforting flavor of pumpkin spice. Starbucks always gets inundated with people who are craving Pumpkin Spice this time of year. My friend, Emily, who lives in the UK, even said that her local Starbucks was out of Pumpkin Spice syrup because so many people wanted it!

Thankfully, you don't have to drive to your nearest Starbucks and pay a pretty penny to get your fix of Pumpkin Spice. Instead, you can have this wonderful flavor at home, whenever you get the hankering for it, with my sugar free Pumpkin Spice Creamer.

This creamer is super simple to make. And you can also make it dairy free as well as sugar free.

I love to make dairy free or sugar free versions of some of our Fall favorites, because it helps to reduce inflammation (dairy doesn't always agree with me) and it helps to keep our blood sugar stable (which means no sugar crash after drinking this healthy sweet treat!).
