How to Cook Series: How to Julienne

Ready to be a Pro in the Kitchen?

You've probably heard of the word, julienne. It is basically a fancy French word for cutting matchsticks. It can be tricky to get the matchsticks all about the same size and shape, so I filmed a quick video to show you my tips and tricks to julienne with ease! You'll be julienne-ing like a pro in no time!

Check out this quick and easy video right here!

This is my second video in the How to Cook series. This month, we are focusing on knife skills. If you missed last week's video, make sure you watch this super quick video on how to cut an onion.

You can use your freshly cut onion and carrots to make dishes like this Superfood Asian Chicken Soup or these Vietnamese Summer Rolls (saute the onions for the peanut sauce - delish!).
