Sparkling Berry Mojito Mocktail

When you're getting healthier, one of the things you might reduce or remove from your diet is alcohol. But sometimes you just want a drink that feels special and this Sparkling Berry Mojito is it! This mocktail is both flavorful and healthy. A fantastic combo!

Filled with fresh berries, high in Vitamin C and antioxidants, the aromatic, soothing oils from the mint leaves and zesty lime juice, this mocktail is sure to become a refreshing favorite at your house.

Sparkling Berry Mojito Mocktail

Sparkling Berry Mojito Mocktail

A refreshing summery drink filled with healthy and flavorful ingredients!

  • 1 tbsp fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh blueberries
  • 1 wedge of a medium sized, ripe lime
  • 5-6 large leaves of fresh mint
  • 1-2 cups sparkling water, (unflavored or berry flavored)
  • Ice
  1. In a tall glass, add the raspberries and blueberries.

  2. Squeeze one wedge of lime into the glass and place the lime wedge in the glass too.

  3. Add the fresh mint leaves to the glass.

  4. Using a wooden spoon or muddler, squash the berries, lime and mint altogether to release the flavors.

  5. Add ice to the glass then top off with sparkling water.

  6. Stir if desired to mix the berries into the sparkling water more.

  7. Top with an extra sprig of mint, if desired.

  8. Enjoy immediately!

The color of the mocktail will deepen as it sits and the flavors permeate throughout the sparkling water.
